I was surprised by how big this thing is. Once I put it on the frame, it looked really clunky and stuck out way more than I expected. It literally takes away from the whole look of the bike. Definitely not happy with it.

Signing up was straightforward overall, but the activation email didn’t come through right away. I ended up checking my spam folder and waiting a bit before I could get started. It wasn’t a major issue, just a little inconvenient when you’re ready to jump in right away

For me, the location updates come through frequently, which I appreciate because I like being able to check in whenever I want without feeling like I’m waiting around for it to refresh.

I bought Boomerang Bike thinking I’d stop stressing so much about my bike, but I don’t know, it didn’t really change that for me. Setting it up wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but the tracking and alerts felt kind of random sometimes, so then I’d end up checking it more, which sort of defeats the point.
Maybe I’m just expecting too much, because it technically does what it says in some ways. But for the price, I thought I’d feel more relaxed, and I still felt like my bike could disappear any minute. It’s not awful, I just didn’t get the peace of mind I thought I was paying for.

I’m getting tired of dealing with this app. It feels clunky, takes forever to load, and half the time I’m just tapping around trying to figure out where things are. It’s the same annoying experience every time I open it.

I’ve been using this on some rough rides for a few months now, it’s held up better than I expected. It still works just fine, and aside from a few scratches (which I kind of expected), there’s not much to complain about.

I’ve been using the subscription for my regular rides, mostly for quick trips to work and errands around town, and it’s been a solid value. The biggest plus is not having to think about the cost every single time I ride, and I’ve definitely saved money compared to paying per trip. Availability can be a little hit or miss during busy times, but most days I can find a ride close enough without much trouble. Overall, it makes getting around easier and less of a hassle

Uh, this alarm goes off for no real reason way too often. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t really trust it anymore because it keeps crying wolf.

I got it put together without too much trouble and the setup guide was clear enough that I didn’t really have to stop and figure things out for long, it all just kind of made sense as I went along.

The bike itself seems fine so far, but the support was kinda frustrating. I asked a question and it took few days to get any answer, then the reply was really short and didn’t help much. I had to chase them twice just to get response. Not great if you need help with something.

I really wanted this app to work, but the alerts kept coming in way too late. A few times I had already gone out and checked the bike myself before the notification even showed up. I bought it for real-time warnings, so that was frustrating. Support didn’t help much either — I kept getting transferred around and had to explain the issue over and over. it ended up being more stressful than useful

My order showed up just like they said it would, the updates were easy to follow the whole way, and when I had a question support actually felt straightforward and honest instead of giving me some canned answer, so yeah I’d feel totally fine ordering from them again.

I wasn’t totally sure this would work with my older Trek, but after messing with it a bit, it fit fine. I did have to adjust it more than I expected, and setup took longer than I thought it would, though that might’ve just been my bike or the way I had things already set up. Overall it’s been working well so far. I’d give it 4 stars.

I have mixed feelings about this one. Once I finally got it installed, it worked like it was supposed to, which I’m happy about. But the setup took way longer than I expected. I bought this mostly for the GPS tracking, but it just didn’t work that well for me. The bike’s location kept bouncing around on the map and a couple times it showed it a few streets over even though it was sitting right outside my place. The app was also really slow to update, which got annoying quick. For something that’s supposed to help if your bike gets stolen, I just dont feel like I can trust it.

When I first got the bike, I thought it was a solid buy. It rode fine at the start and seemed like it matched what they advertised, but a few months in, things started going downhill. Little parts kept coming loose, the battery range dropped way faster than I expected, and it just didn’t feel sturdy anymore.

I did the normal maintenance and tried to take care of it, but there was always some new issue popping up. What really annoyed me was that they made it sound like support would be reliable and the bike would hold up well, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Replies were slow, and when I finally got answers, they didn’t really solve much.
For the price, I expected a lot better, especially after all the promises about quality and long-term performance. Maybe I got unlucky, but it felt like I was sold one thing and ended up dealing with something totally different. I wouldn’t trust it again long term.
